My Journey
Born and raised in Poland, I lived and worked in the US and UK throughout my 20s and relocated to the Netherlands in 2018 on a corporate assignment.
Professional Background
I began my career in HR within the hospitality industry, progressed into HR business partnering roles, and ultimately found my niche in Leadership, Team, and Organisational Effectiveness. Over the years, I’ve held country-specific, regional, and global positions, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on high-impact initiatives, including people strategy and execution, building global leadership development portfolios, navigating post-merger integrations, supporting business expansion, and leading enterprise-wide transformations.
My experience spans global Fortune 500 companies such as Thomson Reuters, Boeing, and Nike, as well as SMBs across various industries. I’ve had the privilege of working with senior leaders and teams in over 50 countries, gaining deep insight into the drivers of team performance across diverse cultural and organisational contexts.
I am certified in Team Coaching, Human Systems Thinking, Mental Fitness, and I’m the Europe’s first accredited Growth Mindset Facilitator.
Personal Interests
Known for my curiosity and drive for growth, I bring this energy to my work, while also applying it to my personal pursuits, whether it's running outdoors, practising cold water swimming, or cheering on my sons as they pursue their own passions.
